EXTENSION NOTICE

Dated: 30th May, 2008.

The date of receipt of the "Tender-Notice" for construction of Haul Road and Excavation Mineral Gypsum from Gypsum Project at Parlanka (Ramban) published under Notice No: BC:27(4)/08-534 dated: 29th April 2008 and even No: 394 dated: 20th may '2008 is extended till 17th June 2008 up to 2:00 PM. However, the date of purchase of tender document shall be 14th June '2008. The other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain the same as contained in the notification published earlier.

Dated: 20th May, 2008.

Superscribed sealed tenders affixed with Rupees two revenue stamp are invited from reputed, competent and experienced contractors, firms/ parties having sound technical capability for construction of fair whether haul road (3.5 Kms) and excavation of mineral gypsum (3.00) Lac Tonnnes from Parlanka Sector (Ramban). The estimated value of the above jobs is Rs2.50 Crores.

The Tender Documents containing details of jobs specifications, scope of work, terms and conditions, qualifying criteria etc. can be had from the office of undersigned on any working day (8:00 am to 2:00 pm) up to 30.05.2008 against DD for Rs.2,500/- (non refundable) drawn in favour of the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, J&K Minerals Limited, Old Secretariat, Jammu which being the cost of tender document.

The other terms and conditions shall remain same as contained in Tender Notice published under No. BC: 24(4) / 08 - 534 dated: 29th April, 2008.
