All interested persons / bidders belonging to J&K State having State Subject can quote for the said shopping plots, and shall be at liberty to visit Kalakot for physical inspection of the site. A copy of site plan is available in the office of Agent / Chief Mining Engineer Kalakot for perusal.
The offers / bids should be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 2% of the bid / quoted amount pledged to Managing Director, J&K Minerals Limited, Jammu. Offers not accompanied by earnest money will be summarily rejected. Tender Document can be had from the office of undersigned and Agent Coal Mines Kalakot for which a written request along with requisite value i.e. Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only in the shape of Demand Draft / Bankers checque should well in advance reach to these offices by or before 24.04.2010 upto 5.00 p.m. after which no tender documents shall be issued. The last date of receipt of sealed bid / offers is fixed for 29th April 2010 upto 3.00 p.m. which shall be opened next day at 2.00 p. m. by the Tender opening Committee(TOC) at Managing Director‘s office Jammu or any other date in presence of bidders / offereres who may like to be present.
